Anthony diagnosed the issue with PDFlyer and resolved it. It took a few calls because several users (computers) were not available on the first call, so I appreciate that Anthony called back as scheduled.

He was very helpful. I think Microsoft is changing Outlook and they are rolling out on a select few- and I was one of their lucky ones. Hopefully, I can keep bypassing the request to upgrade.
